The Municipality of Almada embraced this idea and will present it at the Rio+20 Summit as a short animated film. The clip, created by the City Council of Almada, the Local Energy Management Agency of Almada and the portuguese film-maker José Miguel Ribeiro, expresses, in a simple and universal way, the need for a more even global distribution of the use of energy in the future.
